High Water Slow No Wake - Mequon

To create Section 11. 01 (11) 3. (f) (High Water Slow no Wake) of the City of Mequon Code of Ordinances

THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEQUON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 11.01(11)3. (f) of the City of Mequon Code of Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

"(f) No person shall operate a watercraft in excess of slow no wake speed in any portion of the Milwaukee River wherein the water level is in the red zone on a posted High Water Marker."

SECTION II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the terms of this ordinance are hereby to that extent repealed.

SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon its passage and the day after its publication.
