Discharging of Non-Firearms - Chilton

Section I: Section 7.02 Discharging of Arrows, Stones, Snowballs, BB's, Pellets or Other Projectiles shall be amended as:

1. Except as provided in (2), no person shall discharge any arrows, stones, snowballs, BB's, pellets or other projectiles, whether by hand or use of a bow, sling shot, spring or air gun, or other mechanical device.

2. The prohibition in (1) shall not apply to such discharging when done on private property with the permission of the owner, under the supervision and in the presence of an adult, for target practice only, and where the projectile does not leave the private property where such target practice is being conducted.

Section II: The Municipal Code of Ordinances of the City of Chilton is hereby amended in conformity with this ordinance.

Section II: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publications with law.
