First Floor Dwelling Units - Rhinelander
ORDINANCE NO. 10-98 RECOMMENDED BY PLANNING COMMISSION
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND RE-CREATE SECTION 19.13 OF THE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATIVE TO THE ZONING CODE.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RHINELANDER DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
All existing ordinances, codes or portions thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repeated, and more specifically, Section 19.13)(2)(1) is created as follows:
19.13 B2 CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. (2) CONDITIONAL USES. Any use allowed as a conditional use in the B1 District shall be allowed in the B2 District, unless already permitted in sub. (1), subject to Sec. 19.05(10) and, in addition, the following:
(a) Amusement establishments (indoor and/or outdoor). (Am. 428-92)
(b) Auction rooms.
(c) Automobile service stations.
(d) Convention and exhibition halls.
(e) Motor vehicle sales in enclosed buildings.
(f) Parking lots, garages or structures, other than accessory, for the storage of private passenger automobile only. Radio and television stations and studios.
(h) Signs in excess of 45' in height from curb level.
(g)) Taverns and bars.
(j) Buildings in excess of 3 stories or 45' in height, but not more than 5 stories or 70'.
(k) Signs, awnings or canopies which project or extend over City right-of-way. No sign, awning, or canopy may extend greater than 3' into the street right-of-way, and a minimum of' 8' clearance shall be maintained from the bottom of the sign, awning or canopy and the City sidewalk. (Cr. 915-96)
(l) Dwelling, or rooming units below the second floor.
