Thank you for your interest in submitting a proposal for the League's 118th Annual Conference, October 19-21, 2016 at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Convention Center in Stevens Point.  Our entry period closed May 15 and we have sourced all of the workshops for the 2016 Conference.

League Conference attendees are generally city and village elected officials and staff who are looking for ideas that they can take back to their community and implement. We look for proposals that provide value, and are informative and educational. Our members do not want to hear a sales pitch.

We have additional opportunities to have your company stand out at the conference. If you are not already a League sponsor, exhibitor or advertiser, please contact Gail Sumi at gsumi@lwm-info.org if you are interested in having your company stand out. Representatives of your company are also welcome to register and attend the conference. Reservations at the Holiday Inn may be made by calling 715-344-0200.

Deep-dive sessions will be held Wednesday morning. The keynote is Wednesday afternoon followed by the Exhibit Hall and the President's Reception, which is held in the Exhibit Hall. Workshops are held all-day on Thursday and also on Friday morning. There are generally 5 sessions scheduled concurrently. Sessions are either 60 or 75 minutes long. Note that speakers are not compensated or reimbursed for expenses by the League. We will publicize the Conference Workshops in our monthly magazine, the Municipality and on the League's Facebook page, Twitter feed and on LinkedIn. We may use your picture, if publicly available, or your company's logo.
