Processing Fee

The League imposes a $10 fee for processing meeting cancellations and manual returns. The processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Registration Cancellations

Conference and workshop registration fees, less the $10 processing fee, are refundable if the League receives the cancellation more than 5 days before the conference or workshop. no refunds are available for cancellations made within 5 days of the conference or workshop.

Mailing List Purchases

Payments for digital mailing lists are not refundable once the list has been emailed. Orders cancelled before the list is emailed will receive a full refund, less the $10 processing fee.

Manual & Handbook Returns

Manuals and handbooks returned within 30 days of purchase will receive a full refund, less the $10 processing fee.
