Membership of the Plan Commission - City of St. Croix Falls

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE PLAN COMMISSION
the Common Council of the City of St. Croix Falls do ordain as follows:

SECTION I: Section 1.16 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to read as follows:

1.16 PLAN COMMISSION. (1) MEMBERSHIP. The Plan Commission shall consist of seven members; the Mayor, who shall be the presiding officer, the City Engineer, and five citizen members of recognized experience and qualifications, at least three of whom are not City Officials. The citizen members shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by a majority vote of all the members of the Common Council, for staggered three-years terms.

SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage and publication as provided by law.
