Annual Conference Sponsorships
Make your organization the most visible at the League annual conference by sponsoring it! Our members appreciate those that support the League's work to inform and educate Wisconsin municipalities and they pay attention to who makes that possible. Thank you annual conference sponsors! The League has three levels of sponsorship for our annual conference.
|Sponsor Level||Cost||Products & Services Guide Base Listing||Wednesday Exhibitor Booth||Municipality & Director Thank you||Logo Recognition||PSG Cover||Special Events Choices|
*We will comp your organization one attendee registration to the annual conference for every $500 of your Sponsorship! A complimentary link will be sent to you when conference registration opens.
Products & Services Guide Base Listing: You can complete a base listing in the League Products & Services Guide and have your organization shared in the print and PDF guide that all League members receive each year. *Additional contacts, categories and advertising in the guide are available at additional cost.
Exhibitor Booth: One 8' x 10' carpeted booth with one power connection reserved for you at the Wednesday Exhibitor hall. Booths are assigned by the League to exhibitors by sponsorship level and then on a first come first served basis.
The Municipality & Director Thank you: The League will thank you for sponsoring the annual conference and list your organization in the Nov. or Dec. issue of The Municipality. Our League Executive Director, Jerry Deschane, will also thank you during the conference for your sponsorship in his presentation or moderator time.
Logo Recognition: Your organization logo will appear in all places associated with the conference and products & services guide.
Products & Services Guide Cover Photograph: You may submit photos for the League to consider in using on the cover design of the Guide and credit you in the inside. We reserve the right to make all final choices on use and arraignment of cover photos. Photos must be of an actual product or service relevant to municipalities. Please note that photos that are solely organization logos/personal signage will not be placed in the cover design.
Special Event Choices: Your organization will have a chance, in order of sponsorship level, to claim sponsorship of additional special events that occur during the League Annual Conference. These include the Thursday evening reception, the Friday morning eggs and politics breakfast, and other special events like break refreshments.

League Products & Services Guide
Your organization is important to our members and that is why we have incorporated the League Products & Services Guide into our Annual Conference! The League Products and Services Guide serves as source of exhibitor information and a point of refence for the organizations that support the League and it's members. You don't have to be in it but why would you want to miss getting your products & services in front of every Wisconsin City and Village?
The League Products and Services Guide is a big, all color print edition and comes in an identical and searchable PDF format as well. Every municipal city and village clerk in Wisconsin and every attendee will get a print copy in October. Every municipal member of our database (appx. 10,000) will also get the PDF Guide too.
Base Listing Cost in the League Products and Services Guide is $500 and that is included at all Sponsorship levels. There are additional advertising and custom options available that are detailed on the Reservation Form as well.
Hard deadline for inclusion in the 2022 League Products & Services Guide is September 3rd, 2021.

Annual Conference Raffle
The raffle is one of our most popular and exciting conference events. Every year we collect donated items from the exhibitors of less than $15.00 in value and create gift baskets for giveaways at the conference. You must be present to win and our attendees show up in force! The exhibitor raffle concludes the exhibitor hall and is an exciting and crowed event every year! If you wish to participate and make this another great raffle please bring your donated gift to the League conference and give it to League staff at registration or mail it to the League by September 15th at:
Attn: Robin Powers
