Email from WisDOT - Feb. 3, 2022

WisDOT invites you to attend an informational webinar focused on WisDOT's recent solicitation to use Federal Fiscal Year 2022 (FFY22) funding from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL). Interested potential applicants will learn more about FFY22 program eligibility, application procedures, and other related information.

The webinar will be held virtually on Thursday, February 10, 2022, 1:00 PM via this YouTube web link: https://youtu.be/c3Mce_VNu38.

BIL is expected to provide significant increases in federal transportation funding for the next five years, beginning with FFY22.  Time is of the essence in planning for the use of FFY22 federal funding.

Applications are being accepted for FFY22 construction projects funded through the Surface Transportation Program (STP)-Urban, STP-Rural, STP-Local, and Local Bridge Improvement Assistance programs.

Along with reviewing the procedures for applying for a BIL-funded FFY22 construction project, participants will also learn about the department's next solicitation opportunity that is expected to go out later this month. The webinar will last approximately 1 hour.

Following the presentation, time will be available for questions and answers. All questions must be submitted through email; the mailbox will be monitored during the live presentation.

If you have any questions you would like answered during the webinar presentation, please send them to this email address: DOTLocalPrograms@dot.wi.gov.

Thank you,
